Level 1 Phone Support
The answering of non-technical questions regarding proper use, installation, and configuration of the products as well as basics on interoperability with other products. 
Level 2 Phone Support
The answering of more technical questions regarding advanced configuration and usage issues of the products as well as network specific troubleshooting. 
Level 3 Phone Support
The answering of in-depth technical questions and resolutions involving hardware and/or firmware issues inherent within the specific product. 
Onsite Service
When onsite service is and/or upgrades to products are required, New Century will deliver such service through their existing onsite service infrastructure including same day response time. 
Depot Service
Nationwide depot service is available on an advance replacement or return to depot basis. Typical turnaround is within 48 hours with expedited service available. 

Available in 7x24x365 and in any customized day and time parameters as required.
All services are available on a contracted or time & material basis.
